Gabriel Giordano

PhD in Management Information Systems, The Florida State University. Gabriel Giordano is an assistant professor in the Information Systems Department. His current research looks at virtual work teams, computer-based communication and deception, and differences between traditional and computer-mediated work settings. Gabriel has presented research on these topics at international conferences, and his work has been published in outlets such as the Journal of the AIS, the Journal of Computer-Mediated Communication, and Communications of the AIS. Before coming to IESE, Gabriel worked at Research International, where he was responsible for automating marketing research reporting processes, and at Westinghouse, where he worked in the Emergency Management Department at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant.
